BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP

The Bakerville Library supports a local Book Discussion Group, which meets monthly in members’ homes. Members take turns leading the discussions. At any given meeting, between 5 and 20 people show up, from New Hartford and Torrington. Books are chosen by the group and include both popular fiction and classics. The library is usually able to provide hard copies and audio copies of the books. For more information, call the library at 482-8806.

The next meeting will be Friday, August 8th, 2008 at 6:30 pm. We will be discussing The Memory of Running, by Ron McLarty.

HOME DELIVERY

Library volunteers will be glad to deliver books to homebound patrons. For more information, call the library at 482-8806.
